Becky Quick – August 31, 2018
Couple interviewed by Becky Quick, co-anchor of CNBC’s morning show Squaw Box.
The interview takes place at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island Plantation in NE Florida. The whole island is a buzz as famed CNBC co-anchor, Becky Quick interviews John and Jane Cunningham, successful business partners with Qivana, a rapidly growing international natural products company.
Becky: Thank you both for agreeing to this interview. It would have been nice to get you on the morning show instead.
John: Well, Becky, that would have been great, but the timing wouldn’t work. We have been spending a lot of time recently in Europe as our team is growing rapidly there and requires our attention. You’re request just happen to hit during the week we planned to spend at the Ritz-Carlton as our “relaxing” time. We spend a week here once a quarter just to recharge our batteries.
Jane: That’s right, Becky. I’m trying to get him to do this once a month. I think I’m starting to wear him down. LOL!
Becky: I can understand that. This is a beautiful place. The ocean view is wonderful!! I am definitely putting this place on my vacation list! John, let me start with you. What would you say was the biggest factor that contributed to your success?
John: Well, Becky, that’s an easy question. The biggest factor has been our faith in God and what his word tells us. But, it was not a straight path to success. It took us a while until our business starting growing. It was very slow in the beginning. We were in the business 4 years before anything started to happen. It was not until the company bought us a fantastic training system. Qivana paid for all their Business Owners to have access to Go90Grow by Mark and Davene Januszewski. Their system teaches one thing that most people in this business never have. They taught skills. The basic premise is when approaching people about the business you have to make it about them. You need to find out what they are looking for in their life. If you get people talking about what their needs are then we can show them how we can help them reach their goals. Most companies in our business don’t teach skills. So when others bring someone into their business there is no real training. They are left to build their business alone. And it eventually fails.
Jane: That’s right. We make sure everyone who joins us has a feeling they are not doing this alone. If they are committed to their business and goals, we are committed to helping them reach their goals. If you help enough other people reach their goals in life, you can reach yours.
Becky: That sounds easy enough. But I know it’s not. How does you approach really work?
John: Becky, the concept is simple, but the process is not. You have to go through a lot of people to find a really committed person. Many people have preconceived ideas based on bad information or companies who did not have their business owners interest in mind. So there is a lot of rejection, but the skills we have learned enable us to put it in such a way that they are not rejecting us, but they are rejecting the opportunity.
Jane: That’s right Becky. Always have others interest at heart and good things will happen, but you have to have patience. You also have to be with a company that is truly doing something different. Qivana is redefining the natural products industry by going to some of the greatest scientific minds in the world. These scientist are creating systems that are having a dramatic effect on the lives of people. Some are reporting getting off medications, losing weight and feeling better than they have felt in years. When truly sincere people, with an open mind, take a look at Qivana’s products and the founders of the company, they see an avenue for which they can reach their financial dreams!
Becky: That’s great! It sounds like I might need to be on these products.
John: Becky, everybody should be on them. Even if you don’t have any health problems these products are still beneficial, because they boost your immune system helping you fight infections. You certainly would not think of taking a drug unless you had the problem the drug was indicated for. That’s what makes Qivana’s products so amazing. Having said that, you still need make yearly visits to your physician. Medicine has a place and should be used in conjunction with Qivana products.
Becky: Well, I want to thank you both for your time today. Where to next?
John: Next week we are headed to Italy. We have a large group with a lot of new partners who need the skills we teach. Becky, thank you so much for your interest in interviewing us. I am humbled at the thought you felt we were worthy of being interviewed. Are you planning to stay a few days and enjoy this beautiful weather and scenery?
Becky: No, unfortunately I need to be back for tomorrow mornings show, but I have a feeling we may show up here sometime in the future.
Jane: Please let us know. We would love to show you some of the fine restaurants we have on the island.
Becky: It’s a deal!
